Mt. View was recommended to us for our Audi Q7 by another mechanic. Alyssa is terrific. She communicates clearly any issues and makes every attempt to do what's best for the customer. She has worked with our warranty program and is always timely in phone class and emails. James has gone out of his way to highlight issues and guide us through routine maintenance specific for our car. He genuinely loves working on cars and is immensely helpful with any questions we have. We cannot recommend them enough.
