Hugh McGillivray, Owner/Technician

Hugh has owned Mountain View Imports since 1978. He has been in the automotive repair business since 1969. Hugh attended automotive classes through Lane Community College in Eugene, OR. He spent three years in a State of Oregon Automotive Apprenticeship; five years of his career were spent strictly performing service and repair to Volkswagens. Hugh is certified through Automotive Service Excellence as a Master Automobile Technician. He attended Bosch training classes, which allowed his shop to become a Bosch Authorized Service Center in 1991. Hugh is also MAC certified in air conditioning. His professional memberships include Northwest Automotive Trades Association and Automotive Service Association. His area of expertise is fuel injection, electronic diagnosis and repair, and drivability diagnosis and repair. Hugh and Nancy have one daughter and two sons. He enjoys motocross racing with his sons and ranching.
